With a corporate office in Bayou La Batre, Alabama, an operations office in Morgan City, Louisiana, and support offices in Lake Charles, Lafayette, Henry, Cut Off, and Des Allemands, Louisiana, BGOS is able to provide direct, personal administration and expedited support in all of our vessel operations.

Barry Graham and Gilbert Seaman, who together with decades of invaluable experience in the offshore industry, founded BGOS on June 4, 1996, with two utility boats.  Since then, BGOS has grown to a fleet comprised of steel-hulled utility vessels ranging in size from 130 – 145 feet and crew boats ranging in size from 152 – 205 feet with DP-2 capabilities. In 2015, Todd Cheramie joined the BGOS crew therein adding another 23 years of instrumental experience to the executive committee. In 2022, Gilbert Seaman retired as Operations Manager and Capt. Gary “Bubba” Nelson was promoted to Operations Manager. With an actively involved executive committee, BGOS has assembled a crew of some of the most highly qualified and skilled professionals in the industry while maintaining an emphasis on open communication, integrity, and excellence in service.
